Located on 7th floor, our CHARLEMAGNE meeting rooms take advantage of daylight and offer marvellous view on Brussels from its terrace.
Also accessible for disabled persons, they offer many facilities to make your event a real success: beamer, overhead projector, screen, white board and flipchart. Free WIFI connection, pads & pens, still and sparkling water are also included with the conference room rental.
On the ground floor, the FIRST GARDEN room offers a very pleasant private saloon for business breakfast, cocktail, lunches or dinners (maximum 95 participants).
To meet all different needs of our clients, our hotel proposes seminar packages with menu from 50 € per person per day, including the meeting room rental & set up, the basic audiovisual material, 2 coffee breaks, the lunch & beverage package, taxes and hotel services.
