Located on 7th floor, our Charlemagne I & II meeting rooms take advantage of daylight and offer marvellous view on Brussels from its terrace.
Also accessible for disabled persons, they offer many facilities to make your event a real success: beamer, overhead projector, screen, white board and flipchart. DDLine, free high speed Internet connection, pads & pens, still and sparkling water are also included with the conference room rental.
On the ground floor, our Ambiorix meeting room offers a very pleasant space for business breakfast, cocktails and other types of events with limited number of participants.
To meet the different needs of our clients, our hotel proposes seminar packages and menus from 45€/person/day, including the meeting room rental & set up, the basic audiovisual material, 2 coffee breaks, the lunch & beverage package, taxes and hotel services.
